my birthday is tmrw (or 1 hour and 3 minutes as of posting this), and i'm PUMPED!! i'll be considered more of an adult now (with less being treated like a child hopefully), i'll be old enough to drink... and would have been old enough to have sex, go to war, rent a car, vote, etc. for 3 years so far; yet i'm only now gaining the ability to drink alcohol? oh well, i don't give a shit about that anyways, it's just unfortunate that my birthday is the day after Trump is officially sworn in. ;w;

oh well, i hope this year can be a generally good one for me unlike the 8 or so years.

ever since last year, i feel like people on this site have secretly hated me (with some people i do know hate me), and i don't know why. i'm glad i've got people who genuinely enjoy my presence, but i just feel overwhelmed by the fact that recent happenings have just... made me feel like everyone is secretly in on one big joke and that i'm the punchline, and that they're ready to troll me.

These past 4-5 years have been way too exhausting for me, maybe even further than that. I've been getting into drama with horrible people left and right, and I feel miserable. I've always felt I couldn't do anything about it, while there was nothing I could really do. I've tried to talk to some people privately to resolve shit with them in a civilized manner, and they'd refuse and start acting like trolls, I hate it so much.

Not this year, for I've made it my resolution to just... avoid the drama, avoid the trolls, avoid the toxicity, etc. I don't want to deal with this shit anymore, and I don't have to. I'm so tired of these drama kings/queens instigating shit, and this year it will stop. It doesn't help Trump is back in power, and I'll likely see more trolls appear because of it... but I'll deal with them. This will be my year.
