In a previous post, I had mentioned that ever since some drama with a former user on this site named Nevada, I had likely been getting passively targeted by her friends in the form of review bombs after some harsh trolling. Since the zero bombers haven't stopped still, I have decided my best course of action for now will be to not post any art for now on here while still being active on other platforms; that way I can wean off the zero bombers. I don't know why they still continue to bother me, but if it means I have to be inactive for a while, so be it.

Generally speaking, people like that do not tend to have friends.
Statistics are less important on Newgrounds because it has no "algorithm". If your thumbnails look appealing to the viewer, people will click something, regardless of (star-)rating. My recommendation would be to ignore the ratings and focus on honing your craft and look up a few tutorials.
That being said, I looked at a few Art Portal submissions of yours (which I assume are what you were referring to) and I see no ratings that are out of the ordinary. 'If' somebody is targeting you, their impact is negligible. This might merely be a case of "Different people rate differently."

Noted! In the past (applicable to any old accounts I may no longer have as well), I've usually received like 5 star ratings most of the time with everyone else just ignoring my art otherwise (or at worst, rate like 3-4.5 stars?) and it's a pattern I've only noticed recently. While you do raise a good point, my dilemma may just be a coincidence as I only really noticed around the time of the aforementioned drama. Not too sure though.
